Meet the Sort-of-Chef

My earliest cooking memory is making bologna cups with baked eggs from a kid’s cookbook.  Over the years, my tastes matured and my culinary focus has expanded beyond luncheon meats.  Additionally, living in San Francisco for over a decade has further fostered a passion for cooking and good food. Recipes are my crutch – they are always my starting point, helping me develop a framework for whatever I’m making. In this blog, I share my tweaks, hopefully, creating new and improved dishes along the way.
